Converting Word forms to PDF (fill in) forms?
I've got Acrobat Pro 8 and Word 2003.I've got a form in Word creating using form fields. What I want to do is convert this document to a "fill in" PDF form automatically. In other words, replacing Word's form fields with Acrobat's form fields.I can't seem to find any way to do this using Acrobat's integration with Word. Anybody know of a way?

Greetings,
1- Convert your document to a .pdf
2- Open your document and click on the 'Tools' button.
3- In the far right list of options, click 'Prepare Form'.
This should convert your fields to fillable .PDF boxes.

Hi, When you created the form in Word, how did you create the form fields? In Word, did you use the Developer tab, controls group and select your fields fromt there? Or, did you use the Active X and Legacy form control buttons?05/31/19
