The basic question is, Is it his place to make that decision? You could be mistaken on several counts
Is that person in fact terminally ill?
Who is he buying from?
Now if this person is a member of that policeman's relatives that changes things. It will not help the family is the policeman loses his job, will it?
If it weren't a family member and if he weren't terminally ill that would change things for you, right.
But every user is a family member to somebody and many are ill.
What would I do?
