_N2 + _H2 => _NH3, and you would find the coefficients to be as follows (in order): 1, 3, 2.
Then, consult the periodic table to find the molecular masses of these elements: Nitrogen (~14 g/mol) and Hydrogen (~1 g/mol).
Since you have 56g of N2 to start with, you have to look at your molar ratio of N2 to NH3, which gives you a 1:2 ratio. This is important for the following dimensional analysis:
56g N2 * (1 mol N2/ 28g N2) * (2 mol NH3/1 mol N2) * (17g NH3/1 mol NH3) = 68g NH3 produced.
