If you do not have adverse credit history (though in some cases with adverse credit history) you can receive up to the cost of attendance of your graduate school minus any other financial assistance. This is not the tuition - the cost of attendance is calculated by your program and usually includes tuition, room and board, transportation, living costs, and supplies (books, etc.).
