If you get to vote and you have a daughter in sports, which option would you vote for and why? Use at least two or more calculations to defend your answer.

option 1: the chance your daughter (in sport) would win (if a person only wins once) 1/39+1/38 = 0.052

option 2: the chance your daughter (in sport) would win = 1/18 = 0.056

so the second option is a little better. The reason is that there are less girls than boys so you are more likely to win if a prize is put on lottery in a smaller group.
