EDTA is an abbreviation for ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. It's molecular formula is C10H16N2O8 and it is often used as a chelating agent. The metal forms a complex with EDTA where the 4 oxygens that are negatively charged and the two nitrogens which have a lone pair each form coordination complex with the metal. In your case one with an Fe (iron) and one with a Zn (zinc).
