So we are suppose to use baking soda and vigear to fill a Sandwitch bag but don't have measurement ahead of time and I am so lost can you describe the process and give an example with numbers

NaHCO3 + HC2H3O2 → NaCH3COO + CO2 + H2O

sodium hydrogen carbonate (baking soda) + acetic acid (vinegar) yields sodium acetate + carbon dioxide + water

The equation is balanced.

Therefore, the MOLAR relationship between baking soda and acetic acid is one to one. Therefore, if you use molar mass for each substance, you can calculate the proper number of grams of each.
