What did the long-living ancient humans from Christian and Jewish stories (such as Adam and Noah) do during their lifetimes?

They can live up to 900 years. Is there any religious source that talks about their daily life? Or what happened to the famous people, such as what did Noah do after the flood? There is a story about the discovery of wine, but surely he must have done something important in the hundreds of years after the flood?
