So this question just requires you to know what a w/v% olution means. A w/v% is just grams of solute per 100 mL of solution. So a 36 w/v% solution of sucrose contains 36 g of sucrose per 100 mL of solution. We need 625 mL of this solution so we would have 6.25 * 36 g (or 225 g) of sucrose in those 625 mL. (625/100 = 6.25)
