One would think that sensitivity is an arbitrary measure and if you compare dose-response curves, ones that are left of others would show greater sensitivity, i.e. they would be affected at lower doses. Another way to look at this would be to set an arbitrary lower limit of inhibition, say 10%. Anything not inhibited 10% by a certain dose would be considered insensitive.
