If I am limited to your categories, then the answer is star. This is because Hubble can see star light very well, however the stars are so bright, they don't show well on a raw image, and they must be digitally edited down.
If I am not restrained by your categories, the answer is Galaxy. Hubble can see detailed images of a galaxy billions of light years away. Look up the "Hubble extra deep field". You can see the spiral shape of galaxies. I consider this spiral shape as "detailed". We have even seen the gas jets emitted from black holes in the center of these galaxies. When the james webb telescope launches, it will give us even greater detail.
