In the 40 days following the resurrection of Jesus, he made multiple appearances to the Apostles and to others, all in his glorified form. Matthew 28:9 is the first example of him appearing to people after his resurrection; in particular he appeared to Mary Magdalene and "the other Mary" (not Mary his mother) as they were going to tell the Apostles that the tomb was empty. At Mt. 28:16, the Great Commission occurs, where Jesus tells the Apostles to "make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Spirit." Luke 24:13 details two men walking to a town called Emmaus and encountering the risen Jesus along the way, though they don't recognize him until he breaks bread with them (at which point he disappears). Luke 24:36 has another appearance of Jesus to his disciples. And at the very end of Luke's gospel, Luke details Jesus's ascension into heaven, which in Acts 1 he notes occurred 40 days after Easter. Scripturally, these are the things that occurred involving Jesus after his resurrection.
