What is the best optimized way to convert table base design to table less design? the layout should be cross browser compatible and SEO Friendly. Is there any tool/editor which converts existing table base design to table less design?<br/> Is there any option in dreamweaver to convert the design in tableless?

To be honest with you, the best and proper way to solve your issue is to build it yourself rather than depend on a tool to do it.

Tools that generate HTML and CSS have never been known for producing proper, well, HTML and CSS. Just because a tool can do it doesn't mean, by any measure, that they would do it right.

And we want to do what's right? Right?
