Which European countries did not have a revolution in the aftermath of the French Revolution and why?

The French Revolution of 1789 initiated revolutions in a number of European countries, replacing the idea of a monarchy with the idea of a republic built on enlightment ideals. Which European countries escaped the turmoil and why?

The really interesting example of a country that has avoided revolutions in the modern period is England. If I had been living in 1788 and was asked whether I thought England or France would chop their king's head off in the near future, I would have said England. Keep in mind that the English had already done precisely that in 1649. Futhermore, it is not as if George III was a particularly beloved, competant, and sane monarch.
