Did this for 20-years for Pasadena PD, Caltech, and YANKS Air Museum. Your Codec is at exactly the right size value to maintain maximum compatibilitiy with maximum quality for minimum size. You can go smaller with more compression. I would not recommend that. The compression used by YouTube is already so destructive. Any more decreses can - I say can - hurt the image to much. Are you sure you meant to say 7,000 minutes? That would be 5-days of time! Even 700 minutes is about 12-hours. I transfer files in only 1-2 hours at the most. I will assume then that you do not have a 100mb speed service. That would decrease the time.
