I think you have misread the question. 318 MHz is a radio wave (3.18 x 10^8 Hz). Light frequencies are in the 10^14 Hz range.
If you mean a 318 nm laser then we can first find the frequency
c=freq x wavelength
Freq = 9.44 x 10^14 Hz
Once it enters a medium, the frequency remains unchanged but the wavelength will change as it is moving slower.
v= freq x wavelength 2.7 x 10^8 = 9.44 x 10^14 x wavelength
The wavelength then becomes 286 nm
