Did that for 20-years for The Planetary Society, Pasadena PD, and Caltech. Officially there is no way to do that on a Single-Layer DVD unless you use Authoring Software. It has to do with the Codec (Formula) standard setup for DVD's. Only way to get that much data onto a DVD disc would require it to be read by a BluRay disc. So then - DUH - it only works on BluRay players. Almost all DVD's - even commercial - are burned at 1/2 size. That means a 540x360 in this case. Exactly doubling up an image size that is exactly 1/2 size yields almost the same look in quality. If you really want this kind of quality. Just provide a file - MP4 - so they can play it on their computer.
