This question doesn't make sense. Electronegativity is a single number assigned to an element. It doesn't change for an element for different compounds. Did you perhaps mean oxidation number?
The oxidation number of S would be +6 in SF6 and +2 in SF2, because F is always -1, and the oxidation numbers of all elements in a compound must sum to the charge on that compound (in these cases, 0).
