Vincite is the plural command form of the verb "vinco". It means, "Conquer" or "Win" when addressing more than one person. (In the singular command form it is just "Vince") It's the same verb from the famous Latin phrase, "Veni, vidi, vici." "I came, I saw, I conquered." You pronounce the V like a W in Classical Latin, but in Ecclesiastical Latin it would be pronounced like a V.
