Unfortunately we know so little about it that we don't know its name or even whether it had a name. I would wager that its speakers simply called it "Latin" or "Roman" (compare modern Romance languages like Ladin and Romansh). In fact, there were probably several different African Romance languages. Some have proposed that Sardinian is the closest living relative to African Romance, but no one really knows for sure. The Wikipedia page on African Romance is actually pretty good- I recommend you check it out.
