College is a general term for academic pursuit after high school. It's typically reference to a 4 year school that results in a Bachelors degree (also described as a BA Bachelor of Arts or BS Bachelor of Science). Graduate school refers to pursuit of a Master's degree, AFTER a Bachelor's degree is earned. It could also refer to the pursuit of a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy), AFTER a Master's degree is earned.
