Most literally, Nihil scriptum inscriptum esse non potest. This translation has a problem, though: inscriptum can mean either unwritten or inscribed, carved in stone. These meanings are opposites and contradictory, and the intention is not clear without further context.
A paraphrase can help clarify the meaning: Nihil scriptum expungi non potest. That is, Nothing written cannot be expunged (erased).
