Hi there. They want to see you do what you say you can do. That said, think about what you would enjoy presenting and start there. Anything that you feel is about 'proving' takes you into self-judgement territory which is poison for a positive mindset during an interview. If you like any particular aspect of your work more than another, and you feel like it might be impressive to observe, think about 'sharing' it, instead of 'proving' you can or 'showing how smart you are'. That's all a given if you're at the interview stage, I'm sure your CV speaks volumes for you, so, lucky them to get to meet you. Lucky you that you get to share something with them about how much you like what you do. That kind of thing, in any industry, is an attractive hire. Every employer wants the folks they have on their team want to be there and like to be there. Show them why you want to be on the team and why you enjoy what you're great at. I work with clients to help them prep for all kinds of interviews so let me know if I can help at all. All the best!
