Why not? If a supreme being(s) exists, he / she / they / it can produce life anywhere the supreme being(s) wishes. Of course, there is a problem if one narrowly defines 'God' in terms of one of the monotheistic religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. By contrast, though I may be mistaken, it doesn't seem that there would be a conflict between the existence of deities and 'Aliens' (intelligent life on another planet) in the Hindu Faith (Buddhists don't believe in the existence of a supreme being).
