MIS or Management Information Systems deal mostly with managing businesses or other organizations and usually involve a lot of databases. You might get a degree like that in a Business School. Computer Science deals with more technical software solutions but can include much MIS as well. It would include scientific programming, developing operating systems, compilers, databases, artificial intelligence, IT or Information Technology often involves computer operations, networking, hardware management, but often refers to all of the above. There is a lot of overlap for sure. .
