The Annunakis or, alternately, Anunnaki, are a group of deities who originated in the religious beliefs of Ancient Mesopotamian civilizations, beginning with the Sumerians. The first mention of the Anunnaki is found in a Sumerian text from roughly 2100 B.C. As such, the Anunnaki predate Christianity at least by 2100 years.
As for the similarity between the Anunnaki and Christianity, I must confess that I don't see it. To begin with, information about the Anunnaki contained in ancient sources is hopelessly confusing, with contradictory details. In any case, the Anunnaki were part of a pantheon of deities - a polytheistic religion - whereas Christianity is a monotheistic Faith. The Anunnaki were associated with specific city-states in Mesopotamia - patron gods - whereas Christianity was a universal Faith that applied to all of humanity.
