Not really percent composition, just mole conversion. By particles I guess they mean "molecules".
7 g Sucrose with a M.W. of 342.3 g/mol is, (7/342.3)(g/g*mol) = .020 mol
3 g Water with a M.W. of 18.0 g/mol is, (3/18)(g/g*mol) = .166 mol
(water has the most molecules)
5 g Salt M.W. "NaCl" 58.44 g/mol = (5/58.44)(g/g*mol) = .086 mol
