Lining controls up very precisely in Access?

i have about 50 labels that are each just barely big enough to fit the letter `x` in them. the labels are on a report. i need to align all the labels very precisely. is there an easier way to do this than trusting my eyes?

In the Design View of the report, select the labels you want to align, right click and select Align. You will then have the choice of left, right, top, bottom, or grid. You can also use the Size draw out to adjust size.
