Is there a textbook for chemistry 101 and chemistry 102 that assumes no prior knowledge of chemistry, is rigorous but most importantly, gets to the point?

Pearson Chemistry is what I used to get through a year of introductory chemistry in college. It's dense and very long but very self-explanatory and comes with practice problems. If you're looking to teach yourself the material, it might be a good idea to use Khan Academy or a similar video service, as well.
