What are the various ways to express 'or' and when are they appropriate?

I'd like to get an idea of when it is appropriate to use different expressions for expressing disjunction (of the inclusive AND exclusive variety). 「AとBとCの中で...」、「どちら」、and 「か] come to mind, but I think they have situational usage (that I'm not entirely aware of). 「か」seems somewhat awkward, 「どちら」is limited to a decision between two things, and so forth. How would an inclusive or be expressed ('A or B' as opposed to 'either A or B')?

AとBとCの中で is "among A, B and C," and is usually used for comparison: フシギダネとヒトガケとゼニガメの中で、ヒトカゲは一番人気のあるが、フシギダネは一番強いですよ。"Among Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle, Charmander is the most popular, but Bulbasaur is the strongest."

どちら means "which (of 2)." ピカチュウとイイブイイーどっちの勝ちだろう？"Pikachu and Eevee - which will win?"

か - a general "or." It's acting like a question within the sentence.　フシギダネか、ゼニガメを選びますか。"Will you choose Bulbasaur or Squirtle?"

または can start a sentence off with "or" or "or else (option/situation B)" too. ヒトカゲを選べばいいと思います。またゼニガメもいいんです。または、フシギダネはなんかかっこいいでしょう。どれ選んでも悪くないですよね。"I think you should choose Charmander. But, Squirtle is okay too. Alternatively, Bulbasaur is sort of cool... Which ever you choose you can't go wrong!"
