The Celsius and Kelvin scales both use the same sized degree. However, 0 C is the freezing point of water while 0 K is also known as absolute zero (the theoretical point at which all molecular motion stops) and is the equivalent of -213.15 C. (The definition of 0 Kelvin is actually in the process of being refined in different terms, but the actual relation between C and K is not changing.)
Therefore, 35 C = 248.15 K.
