Alchemy was what came before chemistry. The field of chemistry evolved from alchemy. The primary goal in alchemy was to transmute or turn base metals into gold. The term "natural beauty alchemist" is just a term. You are not an alchemist unless your goal is to turn metals like platinum into gold. That really doesn't have anything to do with "beauty."
Alchemy is not based on organic chemistry or organic ingredients. It's based on metals and turning them into gold. Chemistry is essentially the study of matter and it's properties and transformations. Matter is anything that has mass and take up space; essentially chemicals.
To answer your final question, I don't think alchemy is really something that is used in the modern world, as chemistry is the science that is now used to study matter, and that was developed from alchemy. If you're interested in the type of chemistry that is used to develop and study beauty products, you should look into becoming a cosmetic chemist.
