The expression you are wanting here is an inequality, okay?
When x is reduced by any amount, it means you subtract that amount from x. The word "is" equate to equal to, or, in this case, all answers 15 and above. So here is that particular inequality:
x - 13 ≥ 15
This means any number when subtracting 13 must be at least 15 or more.
