email correction

Question

Hi. I appear to have two email accounts with Wyzant. I think this came about because I've been a tutor and student with you. Will you please update my account to show only one email. I am on medical leave and don't have access to my work email, therefore, it's problematic for those who are trying to contact me from Wyzant. I am unable to respond to those emails.

Margie, you should send this message to the help desk. It's a bit confusing but this is a forum for students to ask about their homework questions they don't understand. From your main page (Dashboard), you should see an orange support button in the lower right hand corner of your screen. Click that and you'll see a messaging screen. Click the "Leave a message" link.
