Step 1. Point A is located at the origin, so it doesn't move: Point A' = Point A.
Step 2. Measure the x and y distance from the origin to point B. Point B is 0 units on the x-axis and 3 units up (y) from the origin. So for a scale factor of 13/2, the dilated point, B'’, is located at B' = (0*13/2,3*13/2) = (0,39/2).
Step 3. Repeat for points C and D:
C' = (2*13/2,4*13/2) = (13,26)
D' = (2*13/2,-1*13/2) = (13,-13/2)
