It's not feasible because there are always inefficiencies within the system that create loss.
In a mechanical system this is primarily friction and the heat that's generated from the friction. These inefficiencies add up and create power loss.
Similarly, there is resistance in wires and in electrical components as well which lose energy as heat generation.
The amount of energy you get out will always be less than the amount you put in because some of the energy is converted to heat or other forms of energy
