deceleration = (final velocity - initial velocity)/ time and is measured in "distance per time squared"
Also it is negative because it is DECELERATION.
-19.320 = ( 0 - 60) km/hr divided by T, where T is the time it takes to stop.
-19.320 T = -60
T = -60/-19.320 = 3.10559+
