The difference is just f(t) - g(t):
f(t)=32t+1255
g(t)=24t+1380
8t-125
So at t0 school g has 125 more students than school f and at t=15 g has 5 more students that f. At t=15.625 the schools have the same number of students and for t>15.625 f's student population exceeds g's.
