Hi, Madison.
Okay, so in order to determine the amount of fencing to buy, you need to find the total perimeters of the
two gardens.
Garden 1 = 2L + 2W = 2(253) + 2(146) = 506 + 292 = 798 feet.
Garden 2 = 2L + 2W = 2(90) + 2(45) = 180 + 90 =270 feet.
The combined length is 798 + 270 = 1,068 feet.

These type of questions get me. I have a hard time figuring them out. The questions come from a math game called Prodigy. It is really fun.02/21/19
