Help finding Z scores

I've gotten all the questions wrong and I can't figure out why, I used the table but I am confused as to how to get the correct answers, if you could help and explain the steps that would help a lot, thank you!

You may need to use the appropriate appendix table to answer this question.

Given that z is a standard normal random variable, find z for each situation. (Round your answers to two decimal places.)

(a)

The area to the right of z is 0.01.

 

(b)

The area to the right of z is 0.025.

 

(c)

The area to the right of z is 0.05.

(d)

The area to the right of z is 0.10.

When the area to the right of the standard normal is 0.01, then z is 3.

Remember z measures the number of standard deviations from the mean.

For c) z = 2, i.e. the area to the right of 2 standard deviation sis .05.
