This question is worded poorly. If the temperature is "held" at 20.0 deg C, then it is not changing. I assume you meant to say the INITIAL temperature is 20.0 deg C, and you want the final temperature. Work with the relation
Q = mc(T2 - T1)
T2 = Q/(mc) + T1
Q = 590 J
m = 32.7 g
c = 0.128 J/(g deg C)
T1 = 20.0 deg C
Plug in the numbers and get T2 in deg C.
