First, you need to have arguments for the logs. Assuming they are different,
log(x) - log(y) + log(z) = log(x/y) + log(z) = log(xz/y)
You can also do it in the order
log(x) + [-log(y) + log(z)] = log(x) + log(z/y) = log(xz/y)
Just work with two at a time.
