Not clear on homework instructions

So I'm done writing the code for my homework. We are supposed to submit it in a particular format, and I don't know how to do it. The instructions say: When you upload to the Moodle site, include your source code, your bytecode, and an example trace of your program running. Compress all your submitted documents into one jar file, and submit the jar file. Can someone explain how I do this.

first you will need to take a screen shot of the running program that shows the input and the output, so that it is correct.

put the *.java file , the *class file and the picture file into a folder.

archive them into teh *.jar file and upload it to the Moodle site
