You need more information to get any unique solution
but Area = LW = (x-4)(2x-7) = 2x^2-11x + 28
and
Perimeter = 2(L+W) = 2(2x-7+x-4) = 2(3x-11) = 6x -22
That's not much but if you did know either the area or perimeter, you could figure out L and W
