If he completes 2 prob/ 5 min, then he'll complete 8 problems in 20 min, because 2/5 = 8/x

Time to complete homework  then is 5 min./(1/4) = 5*4 = 20 min. or 1/12 hr./(1/4) = (1/12)*4 = 1/3 hr. - 20 min.
