Both salts are insoluble in water. If you add dilute sulfuric acid to the mixture, the zinc carbonate (ZnCO3) will react to produce soluble zinc sulfate (ZnSO4) leaving the insoluble lead sulfate behind as a precipitate, which could be isolated by filtration. Unfortunately, the zinc carbonate is not recoverable as such unless the zinc sulfate is then converted back to zinc carbonate.
