The only difference I would mention is that  1 mile = 5.28 x 10³

 

so 5.5 x 10⁷ / 5.280 x 10³ feet = 10,416.67 miles

$16.5x10¹² x 1 inch/250 bills x 1 bill/$100 x 1 ft/12 inches = 5.5x10⁷ feet x 1 mile/5.270x10³ feet = 1.04x10⁴ miles = 10,400 miles
