Can water exist in gaseous state at 25°c?
Yes. This happens when the pressure is low. Think of a vacuum - partial or complete - a liquid will boil at low pressure, forming a vapor. A phase diagram show this because it has pressure on the left (y axis) and temperature below (x axis). Sorry I can't copy paste one here, but search "phase diagram water" to see this visually.
