Are you asking about a chemical reaction or a pharmacologic/biologic/physiologic  reaction?  Both capsaicin and nicotine are capable of mediating cholinergic parasympathetic reflexes.  Both agents may interact with the same receptors on certain neurons. If you are asking about an actual chemical reaction, from the chemical structures, it wouldn't appear that there would be one.
