There is no minimum or maximum; there is just one value for A and one for V.  The total surface area is just 

 

A = 6L²

 

and the volume is just

 

V = L³,

 

where L is the length of a side of the cube.  You know L.  Plug it into the formulas for A and V and get area in cm² and volume in cm³.
